Two New Wells and Discovery Reported in Nebraska OGC Notes
Two Cheyenne County wildcat oil tests No 2 Allington and No 1 Gade were permitted by the Nebraska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission with Howard Kaler as operator and Gear Drilling Co. as contractor. The commission also noted a Kimball County discovery about a mile from Cheyenne County. Continental Resources recovered 460 feet of oil at No 1 Richards Estate in Sec 33-13-53 and will pursue completion after initial test packer issues.
