The Mies of the Altar Society of St Patrick's ChurchSidney held their annual bazaar at the academy building. Over 600 were served supper Wednesday night and all candy and fancy work items sold out quickly. The event drew Sidney residents and visitors from nearby towns with attractive flower decoration and prompt service. Dances followed the bazaar in the auditorium.

Colored couple fined in county court on vagrancy
