Indians Bound Over On Assault Charges
Two Indians linked to the brutal beatings of Kimball women Mrs. John Eby and Mrs. Belva Cole were bound over to the Simball District Court after a county court preliminary hearing. Thomas Blackfeet 20 of Porcupine SD faces kidnapping assault with intent to murder and intent to cause great bodily harm charges. One Injured On 30 In Accident Thursday
A truck car collision on Highway 30 near Sidney left Walter A. Bickel of Fort Wayne Ind with a fractured right wrist. Fernand Desmaison of Evanston Ill drove the stalled 1952 Pontiac at the junction with Highway 19 causing the crash. The Kenosha Auto Transport truck and two loaded International pickups were involved.
