He died Tuesday after a long illness at his home 1615 Illinois street burial in Greenwood with Gehrig Dugan Funeral Home in charge. He was born June 26 1885 at West Point Neb married Ina Elliott in 1908 they lived in Fullerton Neb before moving to Sidney where he ran a shoe repair business. Survived by his wife three sons Thomas W Sidney Harold Niles Mich Richard Phoenix AZ two sisters and two brothers.

Proclamation Expected To Cut Gas Tax To Five Cents
Clay Wright of the motor fuels division says the gasoline tax will drop from six to five cents once the Governor issues a proclamation. He notes a letter from the attorney general's office stating the proclamation must be issued within ten days after ballots are canvassed. The letter neither requires legislative certification nor specifies extra conditions for the proclamation.

Fox Theatres Expands Downtown Sidney Lot For New One Level Theatre
