Dimes Drive Plans Outlined at Cheyenne Kimball Dinner
A 1953 March of Dimes campaign plan was mapped at a district dinner in the Yen dis Cafe. Robert E. Trucks Collide On Highway 30 East Of Lodgepole
A collision at 3 PM Tuesday on Highway 30 east of Lodgepole involved a Farmers Elevator Co. propane truck driven by Alva R. Booth of Chappell and a Union Freightways tanker loaded with fourteen and a half tons of explosives driven by Ivory N. Clark of Lexington Nebraska. Brakes failed on the Union Freightways truck causing it to rear end the Farmers vehicle. Damages were $250 to the Farmers truck and $500 to the second vehicle. no injuries reported by the Nebraska Highway Safety Patrol.

Levi King, arrested Sunday in Sidney by local police, is wanted in Omaha on car theft charges. The stolen 1949 Buick was traced to Omaha where ownership is listed to Almer Bullard of 2130 North 28th Street. King was handed to Omaha police after a Highway Patrol transfer on Tuesday.
