He will pick up bills within city limits from the 5th to 10th and 15th to 20th, with postage savings donated by checks. The plan requires boxes for bills and no cash. Mrs Andrews Sentenced to One Year in Nebraska Penitentiary
Bernita L. Andrews of Sidney received a one year term for manslaughter in the 1975 shooting death of her husband Donald Knapp suspended for 60 days while she appeals. She earned nine days credit for prior Cheyenne County jail time after a June 4 verdict by Judge John D. Knapp. The shooting followed a family argument.
