Kimball Oil Field Wells Added This Week
Two new field wells were brought in as producers in Kimball county this week the Smith Enders No 4 and the Dunn No 14. The Smith Enders No 4 increased interest in the southern Smith Enders field and was cored 20 feet into the sand with strong saturation and porosity prompting immediate casing. The Dunn No 14 adds another good producer for Wytex in the southwest Potter field with a 500 foot oil drill stem test. Water depth and rough locations provided for multiple wells indicate ongoing activity across Kimball county and nearby fields.
