Peetz Community Church Marks 60th Anniversary History
The Peetz Community Church celebrated its 60th anniversary with a daylong program in Peetz Colorado. The narrative traces local settlement from 1885 to 1911 including the Burlington Railroad, town plots, a schoolhouse, and the church’s evolution from United Brethren in Christ to United Methodist through mergers. The event included a 209-member congregation and a detailed history printed in the observance program.
