Constitution Committee Submits Draft for Sidney Community Association
A committee of fifteen appointed to draft a constitution for the Sidney Community Association held a Monday night meeting. Members included Mayor Grabil and Buckner, Riles, Uptegrove, Jorgen, Dimick, Stedelfe, Light, Shipman, and others. The draft was read, discussed article by article, and a plan outlined to publish the constitution for public citizen input and final adoption within ten days. A subcommittee of Tack, Riles, Uptegrove will sort progressive citizens for further discussion and form a path to organize the association, possibly with a public banquet or meeting to finalize.

Visiting Bankers Given Banquet in Sidney
The Sidney Clearing House Association hosted many visiting bankers Wednesday night before they proceed to Group 6 of the Bankers Convention.
