The School District of Gurley No 138 in Cheyenne Nebraska calls a June 1 1951 special election to decide issuing up to 170000 negotiable bonds for a new grade school with furniture and equipment. Tax to pay principal and interest may be levied. Polls open 8 am to 8 pm at the regular municipal polling place.
Notice sets polling at Gurley High School for district residents outside village limits with ballots available from the Village Clerk. By order of Gurley No. 138 School Board. Arnold E. Draper president and terton Cunningham secretary. Also notice of final settlement and hearing set for May 23 1950 in Cheyenne County Court.
County Court of Cheyenne County Nebraska hears the petition for final settlement of the estate of Nellie Olson deceased. The State of Nebraska to all concerned is notified to appear and contest as required by law.
