Panhandle Weather Forecast Delivers Cloudy Outlook
Mostly cloudy conditions continue this afternoon tonight and Saturday with a few showers or thunderstorms. Tonight’s low 35 to 45 degrees and Saturday’s high 65 to 75. Five day outlook calls for temperatures a few degrees below normal through Wednesday with highs around 70 and lows near 40 with occasional showers or storms.

Potter Residents Hurt In Accident
Two Potter residents were bruised when their automobile went off the old highway and overturned about five miles east of Kimball. Driver Heath er K. Christensen, 18, suffered bruises. his mother Sarah had cuts and bruises and was treated in Kimball. The muddy road was under repair. Auto damage estimated at about 100 dollars.

Governor Urges Crouth Relief for 20 Nebraska Counties

Nebraska retail sales in March rose one percent from March 1964 but fell 3.4 percent from February 1965. Beatrice and Columbus led state gains while Sidney and Chadron reported declines. Fairbury posted the largest February to March retail surge with hard goods sales up about 2.5 times. General activity across 18 of 21 cities increased 3.6 percent from March 1964.
