Indefatigable history buff Jay V Frazier of Hot Springs arrives in Sidney to hike the Sidney-Deadwood Trail. He plans to reach Bridgeport for Camp Clarke Days and recalls his interest sparked by his father's Box Butte County homestead. It will vote on Project HELP support, resignations, elections, a teacher evaluation procedure, and maternity leave. The board may authorize duplicate bond issuance for bonds lost in 1963 during shipment between Omaha and Scottsbluff, as requested by the insurer.
