Uncle Tom's Cabin Comes to Sidney in May Tent Show
The well known Harriet Beecher Stowe drama Uncle Tom's Cabin will be presented in Sidney under Manager McPhee. A fifty person company with elaborate scenery will perform plantation pastimes and antebellum songs with a large chorus. A free street parade is planned at noon and the show runs rain or shine under a waterproof tent on Friday May 15.
