Cheyenne County Historical Association is incorporated under Nebraska law with headquarters in Sidney. The group will research Cheyenne County history, establish a library, collect relics and records, protect and manage artifacts, real and personal property, and exercise corporate powers as allowed by Nebraska law.
Lodgepole residents wrapped up the school year with a Junior-Senior banquet themed Stork Club held Monday night in the school gym. The event featured a full program, dancing to Millard Music's orchestra, and a Senior Class Breakfast hosted by senior mothers.
