The Sidney Rotary Club will select one girl and one boy from Sidney and St Patrick’s High Schools to receive $100 awards for good citizenship. Students are judged on scholarship, activity, citizenship, personality, and growth, with a 20 percent weight per category. Applications due May 15, with forms at both schools.
