Weather in the Panhandle stays fair with a low near 20 tonight and highs in the 50s Tuesday. Five day temperatures stay near normal with day to day shifts and possible rain after midweek. Road work totals 78.1 miles costing 2.903 million as Panhandle share of 45.2 million highway program for 1965-67. Cheyenne Cheyenne and Devel counties see 0.25 million for overpass work and 0.25 million for 19 studies. U S 30 between Lodgepole and Chappell oiling and widening 9.5 miles at 195,000. Kimball County 210,000 for Grade and oiling 3.7 miles of 71 north of Kimball.

Nebraska rural electrification specialist Charles Ham, manager of Wheatbelt Public Power District in Sidney, will join a five man survey team to assess electric power needs in South Vietnam. The NR ECA backed mission aims to aid rural development under AID. Ham previously studied Uruguay and the team departs in early April.

Mother Of Earl Moore Is Dead
Grace W. Moore, 80, longtime Brule resident, died Friday March 26 after four years at Memorial Rest Home in Sidney. Born in La Porte, Indiana, she leaves two daughters Josephine Reimers and Hester Gunselly, four sons Earla, Willard, Lawrence, and Chester, seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and was widowed in 1947. Services were held in Brule with Bracken Funeral Home in charge.
