District Court Adjourns to March 30 for Cook Trial

District court met for a three day session then adjourned to March 30 to reconvene and try the case State v Cook, recently reversed by the Supreme Court. After that trial the court will adjourn again until May 10 to hear Crigler and irrigation cases from Pumpkinseed creek country.

They allege he plans to transfer and conceal $2500 of insurance proceeds to his sister in law to defraud creditors.
