Revival closes after seven weeks in Sidney
The Church of Christ revival led by Rev S R McClure of Bethany Nebraska and his son D A McClure ended Sunday night at the county courthouse. The revival organized a Christian Church with eighty three members including fifty new converts and formed a Sunday school Bible class and Endeavor group. A new church building 30 by 40 with vestibule began March 15 and will be finished today built by volunteers. Willing Helpers provided meals, local business people contributed funds and labor, and Rev McClure plans to start another revival soon. Easter Sunday will feature Reverend Mitchell’s first sermon in the new church.
