Sidneys Ordinance 361 Authorizes Refunding Bonds
City of Sidney Nebraska passes Ordinance 361 authorizing the issuance of Refunding Electric System Revenue Bonds for 210000 dollars to replace August 1 1945 bonds bearing numbers 441 to 650. Bonds issued March 1 1950 payable May 1 1959 bear 1.5 percent interest, secured by all revenues of the electric plant and properties, with subrogation to prior holders and exchange terms with Kirkpatrick Pettis Company.
