Lincoln Budget Study Eyes Accounting Reform
The Budget Committee approved 350 000 for a Peat Marwick and Mitchell study of Nebraska accounting and controls. Sen Richard Marvel said upgrades are needed before money can be planned. Final approval to LB 759 is required before a contract is signed.
