Bond Condition Is Encouraging for City Bonds
City Clerk Gordon Tobin told the City Council that Sid ney’s bonded debt looks encouraging. He reported $4,002 of the aviation field bonds paid on schedule, leaving $29,000. Over $40,000 remains in Paying Districts No. 13 and 18 but cannot be paid until 1952, about half the total bonded debt. by 1952 the city should retire at least sixty percent.

Four Are Taken To State Prisons From Local Jail
Four inmates from Cheyenne County jail were transported to Lincoln last week. Thomas Berry 23 of Bridgeport received twelve and a half years at the State Penitentiary for forgery and jailbreaking with robbery by violence. Billy Meile 23 from Greeley Colo was sent to both the Reformatory and Penitentiary for about thirteen years. J W Mosley 18 of Los Angeles and Marvin Krauth were moved this week. Mosley faces nine to ten years for auto theft jailbreaking and violence at the State Penitentiary. Krauth goes to the Men’s Reformatory for no less than fourteen months to two years for forgery.
