The Cheyenne County Credit Bureau has moved to larger offices in the Doran Building at 103132 Illinois Street. The bureau is run by Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Kelley, who co own the Alliance bureau. It has affiliated with the Associated Credit Bureau of America, linking to 2,300 member bureaus across more than fifty thousand cities and towns.

Youths and Girls Face Theft and AWOL Charges
Four youths and two girls near Sidney were arrested by the Nebraska Highway Patrol on theft charges. Pvt 2 Richard Lyons and Pvt 2 James Seiwert Jr both from Camp McCoy Wisconsin along with two girls said to be escapees from the Oregon School for Girls in Oregon Wisconsin were detained in Ogallala on suspicions of stealing a purse and driving a stolen car. The group claimed travel from Camp McCoy to Camp Stoneman California. An officer reported the car lacked license plates and driver papers.

The Sweet Shoppe Lunch at 931 9th Avenue opens Wednesday under Lloyd Harlan who runs The Sweet Shoppe Bakery at the same site. It will operate weekdays 6 a.m. to 10 30 p.m. and Sundays 4 p.m. to 10 30 p.m. offers daily hot plate lunches and fountain service with short orders in the evening and packed lunches for workers. Bakery services for weddings anniversaries and parties will continue.

Mrs Brauer Pioneer Dies in Cheyenne County
Mrs. Herman Brauer an 84 year old Cheyenne County pioneer died Sunday after two years of illness. Final rites will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at The Craig Mortuary and 2 p.m. at St. Pauls Lutheran Church Sidney with Rev Hy Dorn presiding. Burial is in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery South Divide. Survived by six sons and three daughters including Theodore Emanuel Erick H and John of Sidney Albert of Castle Rock Colo Herman of Kansas City Kota Susan Hahler Sidney Elmer Nax Martha of Wilmington Ill Luzinda Sagehorn Cleveland Ohio. Three sons and one daughter preceded her in death. A fuller obituary will be in Friday Telegraph.

The Ohio Oil Co will hold an open house at its Sidney office building and Huntsman gasoline plant on Friday July 6. Sidney district manager E. J. Stewart Casper division manager Harold H. Healy and M. J. Hauser public relations director worked out details last week with headquarter officials in Findlay Ohio. Top company executives including Dr. W. B. Emery will attend along with Findlay and Casper delegates. The Telegraph will issue a special edition on Tuesday July 3.
