An order of attachment was issued Monday on the Bon-Ton restaurant owned by Walter Sweet who left town without settling with employees and creditors. Sweet took over about three weeks ago after buying Grosvenor Bros. The sheriff conducted a sale of the effects Tuesday, yielding enough cash to cover reported debts in full.
