Mrs Coulter Dead and Burial at Ravenna
Elizabeth Coulter 89 mother of George Coulter of Potter died at Scottsbluff Friday and was buried Monday at Ravenna. Since 1946 she lived with daughter Mrs Frank Moritz at Minatare. Husband James E Coulter died in 1936. Survived by three sons and three daughters. George, a Cheyenne County commissioner and Potter farmer, is among the survivors.
