Sidney residents enjoy Mr and Mrs Callahan hosted Gordon Laing of North Platte with a five course dinner and high five games, prizes awarded to Miss McLernon Gapen and Mr Radcliffe. On Sunday at the Lutheran parsonage, C. D. Essig and Flora B. McConn were married. Essig, longtime Sidney resident and prominent local businessman, has many friends across the county, while the bride, new to Sidney, has quickly won the affection of its people and their wishes for a happy future.
Elmer Bowman a prosperous young ranchman of Gilchrist precinct married Rosa Fischer daughter of Mr and Mrs George Fischer of the South Divide at the Commercial Hotel by County Judge Tucker on Wednesday afternoon. The Telegraph extends congratulations and best wishes.
The marriage of Mies L L Pearl Scherer and Marshall M Davie took place on a July 1905 Wednesday in Simla Nebraska. Rev Smith officiated the ring ceremony under a floral canopy as Miss Dora Devis provided wedding music.
