County Budget Hearing Set for July 30 in Cheyenne County

Leo Farrell dies from gunshot in personal safety case
Leo E. Farrell 41, Sidney insurance man and former Fox Theatre operator, died at Memorial Hospital from gunshot wounds to the head deemed personal safety related. He was found unconscious at home Wednesday afternoon and died that night after emergency treatment. Survivors include his wife Pearl Baker Farrell and four children.
