Ohio Oil Co reports the Uptegréve C-5 as the eighteenth producer in the Spearow Field southeast of Gurley after a drill stem test recovered 2900 feet of oil. The Spearow Field averages about 900 barrels daily, with other drills in progress in Dorman and Rush Creek fields and multiple new wildcat locations across Kimball, Banner, Banker, and Banner counties.
