Cheyenne County Board Minutes July 1910 Public Road Established
The Cheyenne County Commissioners met June 20 1910 with Lewis Brett J B Halston and L R Barlow present. Delegates were appointed to the National Irrigation Congress in Pueblo Sept 26-30 1910. A road petition to establish a public highway seven and three fourths miles long from the Chicago Burlington and Quincy crossing to a section line was approved and to be advertised. Several land deeds and petty expenses were approved and warrants ordered. The meeting adjourned to August 6 1910.
