The Sidney Nebraska City Council met in regular session on June 20 1947 at 7 30 p m with Acting Mayor Spearow, Councillors Hellwig Logan Christ Pierson and Porter present along with Attorney Heaton, Officers West Vizina and Clerk Tobin Minutes were approved and resolutions considered including appointing Spearow as acting mayor, revoking a transfer, approving electrical extension estimates and authorizing Union Pacific lease agreement, plus engineer's certificates for paving districts and building permit applications.
