Cheyenne County reports minimal shrivel in wheat despite hot dry spells, with few fields showing early color or damage. Elevators in Dalton and southeast areas note variable shading and early entries, while experts caution about potential late effects on the late wheat. Harvest timing ranges from ten days to two weeks, with some regions seeing earlier movement than others as drought and hail influence yields and quality assessments proceed across Kansas and Colorado.
