No Rehearing Granted In Normal Board Case
The State Supreme Court refused a rehearing in the Normal Board seat dispute. Bruce Hagemeister of Hemingford was ruled entitled to a board place, a decision challenged by Ernest M. Johnson. Johnson’s reappointment, confirmed by the last legislature, was reconsidered and rejected.
