Dalion News notes hills north of town offer otter sports as residents enjoy skiing and tubing. It marks Jan 12 as the 67th anniversary of the 1888 blizzard once called the School Child Massacre. Names J A Wal fel and Jake Mauer recall survival from that storm. the blizzard of 1849 is also remembered, including Jan Yoren Berry born during it.
President Albert Krueger led a Dalton PTA meeting at 34 on Wednesday at noon noting club matters. A plan to show 16 mm films on Saturday evenings at 7 pm was approved with a date to be announced. Admission: 10 cents for children, 20 cents for students, 30 cents for adults.
