The Nebraska Game, Forestation and Parks Commission explains delayed planting quotas. Farmers can still obtain free nursery stock for 1955 spring planting by meeting site requirements and signing two agreements. Applications to Kade H. Hamer include a farm sketch, perimeter measurements, and rose fence length. Stock allocated first come, first served until supply runs out.
