Reverend W. H. Frost of Oskaloosa has become rector of Christ's Church in Sidney. He comes with a wife, daughter, and son soon to join, and is praised for energetic, intellectual leadership. Frost oversaw a $20,000 church in Oskaloosa and was a Boston convention delegate for Iowa.
