Visitor To Germany Glad To Get Away

Attorney General Wright filed with the supreme court a petition to disbar Cecil V. Sowards former attorney for the federal relief administration in Cheyenne County. Bridgeport Train Strikes Truck Injuring Three
Three Bridgeport residents were injured Monday when Burlington passenger train No. 31 struck a truck at the Main Street crossing. J. W. Shannon, 47, suffered a dislocated hip and head injuries. Mrs. Shannon, 43, had a concussion and severe bruises. Ray Shannon, 43, had a cut above the eye and bruises. The train was entering Bridgeport at a slow speed, conductor J. W. Stewart reported.

Improvements At Alliance Speeded No. 19
Work on highway No. 19 north of Alliance is progressing well with seven miles of road grade rebuilt using state owned equipment. Over three miles of grade completed and three major culvert projects plus several smaller steel tube culverts installed under state supervision.
