The Sid ney Knights of Columbus sponsor the Fifth Annual Sidney Handicap Bowling Tour nament at Cedar Lanes opening Saturday and Sunday. It runs as a three weekend affair through March 14 15 with mixed men and women divisions. Starting times are at two hour intervals. Saturday starts 11 a.m. Sunday 10 a.m. Entries close at the start of the last Sunday shift. Prize money of 500 dollars adds appeal. handicaps are based on 70 percent of the difference between bowler average and 200 for men and 180 scratch for women with January 11 1964 as the basis.
