Extension on the Cheyenne County Heart Fund Drive was requested to run to mid March. Lou Winters of the Elks Club said delays from late start, hospital and March of Dimes conflicts, and severe winter hindered progress. Donations go to the Elks Club in Sidney. The Nebraska Heart Association funds research, professional and public education, and community service to combat heart and blood vessel disease.
