Pioneer Kronberg Dies at 84 Resting in Scottsbluff Area
Christian Kronberg 84 of Scottsbluff died unexpectedly Tuesday at a daughter's home in Alliance. A Danish descendant, he spent 62 years in western Nebraska since arriving in 1884. He worked at PF ranch, later ran a Sidney restaurant, and married Betty Ann Smith in Sidney on June 15 1888. Her death followed in 1936.

Sunol expected to dominate the district Class D tournament at Sidney High School Wednesday and Thursday with Sunol, Lodgepole, Lewellen, and Gurley seeded. Willis Clinton, 63, a native of Sidney and brother of Frank Clinton of Sidney, died Sunday at Kalispell Montana. Born August 28, 1883, he lived in Sidney until about thirty years ago. The body is being brought to Sidney for burial probably Monday, with Frank Clinton accompanying the remains.

Early Day Settler of This County Is Dead
Oscar Kidney of Denver, former Cheyenne county resident, died in St. Luke's Hospital, Denver, on Thursday February 14 from a blood clot. Funeral services were in Denver on Friday. Survived by two daughters, a son, five grandchildren, two brothers and a sister. Born to Mr. and Mrs. William Kidney, youngest brother of the late R. T. Kidney of Lodgepole. Came to Cheyenne county in 1889 and homesteaded north of Sundl, later living in Denver for many years.
