Snow Removal Costs in Sidney Exceed 1500 dollars

Mrs Chalners Dies At Home Of Sister
Teresa Chalners aged 47 was found dead Sunday morning at her sister Mrs W H Warren's home in Dalton. Officials say she died in sleep from a heart attack after two years of ill health and ten months living with the Warren family. Weather Hits Hard Blow At Highway Fund

Fugitive From Here Held In New Mexico
John Cornish of Shamrock Texas, wanted in Cheyenne County for obtaining money under false pretenses, pleaded guilty in New Mexico on bigamy charges. Sheriff Schulz said he admitted marrying a woman from Albuquerque while still married to a Texas woman. He received a five to seven year sentence in the New Mexico penitentiary. Local charges were not pressed due to the New Mexico case.
