Chas Hadley Visits Brother in Loveland Hospital
Charles Hadley traveled to Loveland Colorado to visit his brother Albert Hadley who lies seriously injured after a derailment accident on the Colorado and Southern railroad. Kimball Physician Sued Over Cow Kick Injury
Thomas Campbell 58 of Kimball filed a district court suit seeking about 19 000 in damages from Dr. A L Miller alleging improper treatment after a cow kick in July last year caused leg injuries. He seeks 10 000 for pain and inconvenience 9 000 for disability and 169 for medical expenses. Campbell was working at his farm when the cow kicked his leg breaking both bones at the ankle and he faults the physician's treatment.

Union Pacific officials met with Sidney leaders to plan a new spur across Central avenue in the north side district to serve burgeoning businesses. The city council granted a franchise for the alley between A and PB streets. the spur will run from near the round house, cross Central near Thomas Lumber, then proceed along the alley and avoid First avenue west. Farmers' Shipping Assn Holds Annual Meeting Notes Officers
