Chappell Club Proprieter Fined For Liquor without License
Kenneth Earnhart of Chappell owner of the Wheatgrowers Club was fined 300 dollars and costs in Devel County Court for selling liquor without a license after a raid at 2 am by State Liquor Commission inspectors and Chappell police.
