Suit Seeks $12,683 in Dix County Fatal Crash
Ward H Minor as executor files in Kimball County District Court a claim for 10000 dollars for death plus 1033.45 for funeral expenses and 1650 for vehicle loss after Edward H. Sanders 54 died in a head on collision on Highway 30 east of Dix on March 7 last year. Dwight Kunze named defendant. Sanders died when Kunze allegedly drove on the wrong side at excessive speed. Sanders heir is his father Gerret M. Sanders.
