Citizens discuss Cheyenne County court house bond issue

A meeting in Sidney Nebraska attended by C J Osborn and others debated re submitting to Cheyenne County voters a plan to issue Fifty Thousand Dollars in bonds to build a court house and jail. The group elected C J Osborn chairman and H T Doran secretary, and unanimously approved circulating a petition to the county board.

Creditors settle Mrs Foss debts after theatre sale

A meeting of Mrs Foss's creditors was held at E C Stockdick's office to settle her indebtedness. The theatre sale proceeds allowed Stockdick to settle for 54 cents on the dollar, with creditors releasing Mrs Foss but unsettled accounts by Mr Foss remaining. J A Woten of Potter returned from the eastern part of the state. H R Arthur and wife visit Mia Hurt in Conjeons Colorado. Aviatrice is named for the female bird man.
