Potter News: Church Remodeling and Local Meetings
Remodeling of the Lutheran Church begins with a building committee including Gulbert Houzen and Eugene Schmidt. Nelson and Sons of Bayard are contracted to replaster and replace windows, with possible expansion. Antelope Divide Farmers Union hosts an all day meeting February 10 at the Nelson home. Potter High School will host commencement speaker G E Damon on May 18 1950 on consumer economics. Local Masonic Lodge instruction held in Sidney with 70 attendees and 13 proficiency certificates awarded. Elmer Seyfang was Potter's recipient.
