Sidney Nebraska district 28 board of equalization hearing held
The city council met to hear protests and levy special assessments for paving district number 28. No objections were filed and after inspection and consideration of engineer recommendations the council set lot valuations and special assessments totaling 11 935.36 with a 50 day delinquency for installments and interest accruing after delinquency. The resolution outlines payment terms and sinking fund provisions for district bonds.
