Sidney City Council Approves Beer License and Audit Contract
In Sidney Nebraska on December 21, 1945 the city council met at 7 30 p m with Mayor Thomas and councilors Hellwig Mahr Kokjer Dorwart and Bales present Officers Heaton Vizina and Clerk Jones. Minutes were read and approved. The council approved C G Killham's On and Off Sale Beer License and adopted the League of Municipalities auditing contract for $100 for the current fiscal year.

Sunday Guests Scatter at Hob Dryer Home
Mr and Mrs Ralph Warren and their son visited the Hob Dryer home Sunday. Extended family attendees included Mr and Mrs Henry Schuler and daughters the Gene Warren family Grandma Schuler Mr and Mrs Franklin Borges and Sons and Ralph Warren and son. Vernon Warren is on furlough with his parents. Franklin Gillespie returned home after visiting Léatha and husband in Iowa. The Gillespies with Franklins and family plan to spend the holidays.
