Stimka given 10 year term for manslaughter
Stimka, convicted last week by a district court jury on a manslaughter charge, was sentenced to ten years in the state penitentiary by District Judge I. J. Nisley. The Colorado State Courtesy Patrol assisted Wednesday to rush five year old Sandra Dillabaugh to a Denver hospital after W E Gehrig’s car broke down at Merine. Accompanied by Dr C H Babbitt, the child was being taken for skull and jaw injury treatment from a crash that killed her parents. Gehrig drove the emergency run, and the patrol completed the trip.
