Truck Hits Auto Injuring Driver Near Sidney
A 19 year old Sidney area resident Barbara Wickman was injured when her Ford station wagon stalled then was struck by a 1963 Mack wheat truck driven by Edmund Duggan 27 of Sutherland. The accident occurred shortly after noon on the highway 1.9 miles west with 500 to 600 feet of skid marks. Wickman sustained fractures to two neck vertebrae and cuts. she is in satisfactory condition at Memorial Hospital. Trooper Richard Larsen investigated.
