J R Miller Sidney local telephone manager says Northwestern Bell will install dial service in Sidney next year with a $170000 upgrade to the building and dial central office. About 2000 phones will be converted early next summer and a new twelve position long distance switchboard is planned. At a special meeting Friday the Cheyenne County Home Extension clubs council named officers for one-year terms.
