Unemployment Law Tabled By Officials In Nebraska Meeting
Frank Dunn of Washington DC and Stephen A Spitznagle of the Nebraska unemployment compensation division spoke at the Scottsbluff Elks lodge about Nebraska's unemployment compensation law effective after January 1. Infant Brunner Dies in Dalton Rites Held at Presbyterian Church
One month old Larry Lee Brunner, son of Mr and Mrs Harold Brunner of east Dalton, died Monday in Dalton. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 10 30 from Dalton Presbyterian Church with Rev Kenneth Reeves officiating. Burial followed in Dalton Cemetery. He is survived by his parents four sisters and one brother.

Richard Sypherd Convicted After Thirteen Hour Jury Deliberation
Richard Sypherd was found guilty of burglary in the amount of 40 dollars by a district court jury at 1 a.m. Friday. Judge I. J. Nisley dismissed the term until next Monday after the first case, with three other Sypherd-related cases pending. The trial followed more than two days of testimony about the Sharman farm burglary near Sunol. Witnesses included Sheriff W. W.
